To execute goods transport bookings, generate Lorry Receipts (LR), and comply with CGST regulations, we collect:

• Contact details: Full Name, Mobile Phone Number, and Email Address.
• Shipment logistics: Consignor address, Consignee address, cargo descriptions, and vehicle registration numbers.
• Tax verification records: Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN).

2. Use of Information & WhatsApp Business Messaging

We use your personal and shipment data strictly for operational logistics fulfillment. By engaging our freight services or placing transport booking orders, you consent to receiving transactional alerts—including shipment dispatch details, driver contacts, trip updates, and e-invoices—via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp Business API notifications.

We do not share, sell, or disclose your contact information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Technical Integration & Data Security

Automated transactional messages are transmitted securely via Meta-approved Cloud API infrastructure provided through our authorized systems vendor, Kedia Infosys. All data transmissions are protected using standard encryption protocols.
